Is my EE a cockerel?

A neighbor told me one of my 4 10-week chickens is crowing and believes we have an accidental rooster. I've been trying to determine the sex for them based on Youtube videos but I don't see anything definitive. Is Pepe (multi-colored) a cockerel?

As I am re-homing Pepe, the other two chickens in front of him look like pullets, right? I think I'm getting paranoid.

Cheerio is the darker chicken, I caught her mid-stretch in the first photo. In the second photo is Cheerio on the left and Moonlight's backside. The third photo is Moonlight (light brown and gray), she has a funny feather ruffle around her neck right now.
