Is my EE part legbar? Is there a poof on her head?

I don’t know exactly what the term is for the little poof he hair on top of the head. But I haven’t been able to figure out what is going on with this chicken and I saw a picture of a leg bar and the head looks familiar. I asked about gender a few days ago if she looks familiar

There's lots of possibilities of what EEs can be mixed with. There's lots of other breeds with a Topknot/Poof on their noggins. Just to name a few: Silkie, Polish, Houdan, Sultan, Crevecœur, & Appenzeller Spitzhauben.

Good to know! This chicken has been the most interesting EE I’ve ever had. She’s taking FOREVER to feather so I still am not sure her final colors at 9/10 weeks old.

Is it possible the reason the feathering is so off because it’s part silke? Can you have different feather types on one bird? I’m so confused haha
