Is my girl egg bound??!

I have a 1 year old Buff Orpington chicken in a flock of 10, who for the past couple days is very lethargic, wont eat or drink is just standing there in the coop all ruffled up. Her eyes seem squinty, but her comb and wattle is bright red, and I haven't noticed any bad looking chicken poop to indicate worms or anything like that.

Suggestions? Any help is appreciated.

I haven't separated her yet, because I need to go get something to put her in to separate. We talked to our local Agway and they wouldn't sell us medicine for Cocci because they said they are sure she is egg bound, but I just don't know!

I would ask in the disease forum. They might help you out more. My thoughts would have been cocidiosis too.
