Is my hatch ruined?

Hey I decided to let my silkie girl hatch a clutch of eggs. Well this morning at about 10 O'clock I let all the chickens out of the pen (I let them free range during the day) And the silkie momma went out like she usually does, but she always comes back after a few minutes. well I went back out at about 3 30 and she still hadn't got back on them. They were cold. Today its been around 30 degrees. The eggs have only been incubating for about 3 days. Do you think they are ruined?

ETA: when I found she was not sitting on them I picked her up and put her in the nest box and she started sitting again.

The should still be ok but is she going to keep leaving them?

I'm not sure. I was thinking about putting something to cover the nest box so she cant get out and keep setting but let her out a few times a day under my supervision and just put her back and let her set. would that be ok?

I use incubators so I really dont know.
