Is my hen a roo?

I have a 6/7 week old black rock and blue ranger. Do they look different because they are different breeds or is my blue ranger a boy? She isn't as well feathered and has a much pinker comb than her friend?

Yes, he's definitely a cockerel.

Thanks, I sent the same photo to the farm we got her from and they said they would swap him for a girl...sad to see him go but we we can't keep a cockeral.
