Is my hen a roo?

I have a standard buff Cochin only about 2 months old now but has a bright red comb and wattle already. She’s pictured in the back behind the other girls. She is super docile and sweet and legs seem the same size as my other chicks (Blue Andalusian and a New Hampshire Red). Tail feathers are arching a bit down too but since all three are different breeds I’m having trouble comparing them. Im really hoping she’s not a he as I live in a city that doesn’t allow roosters

I’ve had them about two months but they were at most a week old when I got them
