Is my hen a rooster?

Tail aside, I do not know of any breed where the comb and wattles develop in a pullet that's two months old; not even my serama and they are about the fastest maturing chicken there is.

My first impression was pullet until I read it's only two months old. If this is the case then it's definitely a cockerel. Too much development for 8 weeks.
