One of the toes is swollen, there is no scab in the toe so not sure if somthing is wrong

Yes she seems to be walking okay, I didn't realize anything was wrong until I looked at her foot and movies her toe was swollen

I'm not an expert but My first thoughts are an infection (bumblefoot) or gout. When did you first notice it? Any change in habits or walking/standing? If you just noticed it, a wait and see approach is what I might suggest.

She might have stubbed it or injured it enough for it to get swollen

Now that's think about it, where the pink/yellow part of her foot she used to have like a scab so maybe its just healing?

In Bumblefoot cases there would be a Black hard core at the bottom of the foot.

there is no scab but she does have a hard ball on the bottom of the swollen toe

That's been my usual experience too but we did have a rir that had a swollen pad with no scab that didn't clear and when we opened it up there was some pus and we got a kernel out.
