Is my hen just old???

I have D'Uccle hen that is at least 10-11 years old. For the last few days she's been acting off.....siting by herself, not eating normally, and her feathers are slightly ruffled. Is this a sign of declining from old age, or is there anything I can do/try for her? Thanks for any advice.
