I recently got 3 hens to lay eggs and start a family. First day everything was completely normal. But then I woke up to check on my hen and she was sitting on the floor minding it's own business. Then after 5 hours she was still there then another few hours past she was still there. (I fed them btw) But then I monitored the chicken I dropped in some food then she ignored it pretending nothing was there. So I was like it's only 1 day. Then tomorrow she was still same spot I put water and food right beside her and nothing. There was no damage to the chicken just one day she was acting really strange. Is she sick?

Is her comb nice and bright red or is it kinda pale and maybe a bit droopy? Is she keeping her eyes open or closed? Does she seem sleepy/lethargic? Is she sitting on eggs or in a favorite nesting place?
It is straight and really bright red and looks healthy. And she is always sleeping and doesn't care where I put her she just sleeps.

Does she stand or lay down?
Does she go back up on the roost at night?
Is there any chance she might be broody? Although sleeping lots makes me think you are right and she is not well.
She always lies down and yes she is broody she doesn't move and she hasn't move a single step today and the weird thing she doesn't have eggs around her or has layed any eggs yet. And no I don't think she roost at night because I always find her in the same spot.

If she is broody then she is not sick and she is just broody. If you do not plan on using her to hatch eggs you will need to break her broodiness. Here are a few articles on breaking a broody hen.

Yea but she won't eat and she recently had white diarhea is this normal?

I'm sorry. It's hard for me to know if your chicken is just being broody or if she is actually sick. Depending what is actually wrong with your chicken it's hard to say what exactly to do. You said she was broody so I offered advice on breaking a broody. If you think she is sick perhaps you will get more responses by posting in the Emergency/Disease forum here:

This post is a good guideline/outline of information to include in your request for help that may be beneficial to others trying to diagnose your chicken.

If there is any way you can attach photos or link a video of your hen's behavior/condition it is always helpful.

While you await some more responses perhaps you can read through some of the articles on common ailments and you might find something that sounds similar to what is going on with your chicken.

Fingers crossed we can get to the bottom of this and your hen will be on the mend soon. When you have a chicken that isn't feeling well, isolating her in a box or dog crate indoors (garage/basement/bathroom) with food and water is always a good start. This way you can monitor her condition, see if she eats or drinks, look at any subsequent poop, and the rest of the flock can't pick on her.
