Is my lady a dude? Saddle feathers?

So I have 4 buff Orpingtons. One of which has yellow legs and now appears to have different tailfeathers. Dolly is 10 weeks old. I think these are saddle feathers coming in but I’m not quite sure. Her comb and waddles are not developed see attached pictures. Thoughts? I cannot have a Roo where I live so I will have to rehome him if it is him.
