Is my leghorn ok

I would provide her with water for the day. Give her some poultry vitamins if you have them.
Check the crop first thing in the morning, if it's not empty, then let us know (read the article too).
Photos of her poop from today and overnight would be good too.

I'm hoping her issue is just the crop and it's going to empty by the morning.

If you run into where you need to feed rice again, it would be better to cook it.

Glad you will be able to get some chick feed today. I would give her some in the morning, but not a lot.
Here are some pictures of her poop

I don’t know if it’s just me but that poop looks bloody? She might have cocciodosis, which you would need to treat with Corid. I would say shed intestinal lining but I don’t see any stringy or gelatinous stuff and the other droppings look bloody.:(

It's kinda more of a brown, but it may be cocciodosis, do you have any experience with it? What are the signs that it is that and how should I treat it?

I’ve never had to deal with it thankfully, but bloody poop is really the biggest sign followed by lethargy and if gone untreated eventually death. Your girl is like you said is acting lethargic so it might really be cocciodosis. I don’t know the measurements but @Wyorp Rock will know how to treat it better than me. You would treat her with corid and if it is cocciodosis you should probably treat the rest of the flock since it is contagious.

Can you get some photos of that poop in natural lighting?
Sorry, I cant really get a natural lighting since its night and my phone died, however, The poop in the picture is the exact same color. The poop is runny, it stinks way more than normal chicken poop, and theres very little to no white at all

Is it red like it may be blood?

That is Cecal poop which comes about 1 out of every 8-10 "normal" poops, it is stinky, sticky and loose. It can vary in color from very dark brown to very light - depending on feed - but shouldn't look like it has blood or be "red" unless the bird has been eating something red.
Usually Cecal poop does not have white or if it does, it's very little since it comes from the Ceca.

all of her poops since this morning have been a very brown, some slightly red, color. I understand that sometimes they poop runny brown ones as I have 3 others chickens, but I do know that its not supposed to be this dark all the time. Sure we grow blueberries but theyre not supposed to make her lethargic and unactive right? The poop colors arent as bright red as other infected chicken poops and normally i would have passed these poops as just a "maybe her stomach is upset from eating something weird while i wasnt watching" but its her behavior that really made me worry

Maybe its a poisoning of some type? We planted some grass seeds in our backyard and barricaded it up to prevent the chickens from scratching it up, but i think she might've found a way in because of her size. Ive heard that grass seeds are chemicalized to help the grass grow faster so maybe thats whats going on here?

Since my parents have been out and I haven't been able to go out and buy normal feed, I've been giving them mainly brown rice, strawberries blueberries, cherry tomatoes, and whatever seeds they've dug out of my mom's vegetable patch while I wasn't looking
I suspect it may have something to do with her crop as it's a bit bigger than the other leg horns

Yes, I understand her behavior is concerning to you.
From your info and the photos of her, I would be concerned as well.

She's not been eating chick starter, she's been eating uncooked brown rice with veggies/fruit from Your Mom's garden - these fruits and veggies can color the poop - that's why I'm asking if it's bloody or from food.

You suspect her crop is an issue - it's larger than the others - a crop issue can definitely cause lethargy. This is why I have suggested you give her only water for today. See if the crop is empty in the morning before she's had anything to eat or drink and get some photos of the overnight poop.
It's 9:19 pm where you are now (Oregan right?) She should have gone to bed/asleep probably an hour ago. It's midnight here.

In the morning, if the crop is not empty/flat, then I would read that article I linked on the first page and begin treatment. She may have more going on. It's very possible that she may have Coccidiosis in addition to the crop issue - sometimes more than one thing can be causing a chick to not feel well.
