Is my leghorn ok

Pics
Sorry, i should have phrased that better, her crop does empty, but it takes an awful long time for it to do so, she'll wake up in the morning and still have food/water still in her crop though it isn't a large amount it is a noticeable one, this night I've taken away her water and given her only food, I do this every other night to make sure the medicine is working, and she's been In my bathroom in the dark at night. And by two or so teaspoons I meant two or so cc's which is 1/2 a teaspoon. As I was typing this I went to go check on her and since I've taken her water away and left only her food her crop has been slightly full. The pic below doesn't really show it but the poop is slightly green.
So her crop is not empty in the morning before she eats/drinks?

I suppose I'm not understanding - why take away water and give only food? Chickens need hydration more than anything else. How is this to make sure the medicine is working by taking away water?

It isn't completely empty in the morning and to find out if food really is passing through her crop or not every other day I take her water and food away while she's sleeping to find out how much she's been progressing. However last night was a different case, I saw her drinking all day but not eating much, and when I went to go check on her and lift her up I touched her crop and a stream of water came out of her mouth so I figured that she was overdrinking. And so far, like I said her crop still has had water and food in it. But compared to other days where she'd go to sleep with a full crop and wake up in the morning with crop that would be just as full I'd say that she's getting better in that department. But to be honest I'm not that worried about her sour crop at this point since it seems to be getting better, I'm more worried about her weight since she isn't eating a lot and she's very skinny compared to her sister.

Do you have a parent, neighbor or friend that can help you with her?

Make water available all day long (during waking hours). Provide her with a small amount of wet feed all day long (during waking hours).
She should be going to sleep around dusk. Take out the food and the water. She should sleep all night long. Don't put food or water in there until you have checked her crop first thing in the morning. After you have checked her crop, then provide water and food.

A crop issue will cause her to lose weight and not eat!!

IF the crop is not emptying, then you need to continue with the crop treatment for the full 7 days twice a day.

In the morning I'll give her the miconazole, then give her a probiotic electrolyte water mix and give her her normal feed but turned into a soft mash, then I'll leave her alone until night when I give her the medication again and take her water/food when she falls asleep right?
