Is my Pekin getting ready to lay?? Acting different!

My 20 week old Pekin is starting to sit under the coop ramp away from her other duck buddy on and off today, which is very unlike her. She’s eating, drinking, walking and running fine but just keeps going to this spot and sitting. Is this her getting ready to lay or is something wrong?

Gotcha, she looked a little bit "chunky" and I was wondering if that may have been due to corn or grains.
That’s what a few people have been saying. But they don’t free feed all day. And the ducks are at the food way less than the turkeys and chickens. And she eats at the same as my other duck and he is a healthy weight

You may pay closer attention to her in the future. As meat ducks, especially Pekins, are prone to many problems, to name a few, bumblefoot, podermatisis wet feather, arthritis, nutritional deficiencies, ectoparasites, sprains, reproductive disorders, sticky eye, and an overall decline in hygiene practices.

The older they get, the most common occurrence these problems will become.
