These are exhibition Rhode Island Red from Google (these are the Rose combed variety.) She is pretty but she won’t ever look like that.

Those are way older chickens . The chicken in question is very young and still has more growing to do. You can’t just pick a picture off the internet and make a judgement that she will never mature .

She should be done growing at her age. She's almost a year old.

She's young as far as lifespans go but I think RIRs are typically done growing by about 5 months.

She's done maturing. That was it. Guess I'm a beginner again, didn't know a one year old hen was extremely young
