Is my roo, Bones, depressed?

Was this a full grown rooster or a cockerel? I would be getting a necropsy ASAP if available in your area, as it could be something that is present in all of your flock and not presenting symptoms yet in the rest. Check your husbandry, poops, and flock over throughly. Many chicken illnesses are highly contagious. And no offense, but I really don’t think there is anything funny about losing a bird ever, to a predator or illness, and regardless of weather the bird was destined for food, re-homing, or going to be a full permanent member of your flock. Just to everyone making light and brushing off the situation.

I don't think any of us thought it funny.

Some people did make light of it that is true- and it is not what I would have done myself as it is not a joke, you are right it could be a serious illness- but I don't think anyone did it for an unkind or malicious reason at all.
Just to let you know.

It's not much of a problem lol we were going to have to get rid of him anyways. But I already figures that the one who died first died from the cold because he couldn't get inside the coop. I think it may have been a sickness that only he got but I will take the advice :D👍

Yeah sorry I couldn’t see the head because I was in the dark
Sorry, it’s just some of the comments really came off quite callous, and I am overly blunt myself. Even though the two boys are dead, the source of the death still bears investigation, for the health of the remaining flock at least.

Yes, I agree with that, and as I earlier suggested, I think the two boys must have died with some connection to each other or it is just too much of a coincidence.

Looks like a fox. My foxes around here bite off the heads. I’m sorry I can’t really see the head haha is there a head in the pic?
That's the only picture where you could kind of see his head. I had another one but I think maybe it got deleted but you think it could've been a fox? I don't think I get foxes where I live
