Is my rooster getting aggressive with me?

Tonight one of my roosters acted in a way I've never seen before. He is about 14 weeks old, and I've had him since he hatched. He would get right infront of me looking up at me, then crouch down, then try to jump up! I would back up and he would just keep coming towards me, crouch down then try to jump. I'm not sure if he was trying to be aggressive towards me or trying to jump up on me to get higher off the ground. ( It was starting to get dark out.) He seemed like he was staring at the logo on my shirt. (A TSC shirt with the American Flag on it) We had a Rhode Island Red Rooster that was very mean towards us and he would just go after our legs and feet, never just staring up at us while trying to jump.

My birds always go after anything red, like the pink on my boots or red clothing. Maybe he really was going after your shirt.

Maybe he was just trying to get a closer look. Usually they put they head down and hackles up before jumping, so maybe it's not a problem.....
