Neither does the one the other posted from ideal pages back. I'm no expert- but I have 2 hatchery stock salmon faverolles and they are much fluffier and have been since chicks. I don't know enough about the breed to say if such variation is normal but I didn't think so.

Your Faverolles look a lot like the ones I got from Cackle Hatchery... I even have one that looks almost identical to your 'black beard'
