My 10 chicks are 3 weeks and 4 days old. I purchased them as “female” day old assortment of brown and color egg layers from TSC out of Hoover’s. This little on has me thinking, the 90% accuracy got me... thoughts?

3.5 weeks old ? 90 % got you a cockerel.
I apologize, are you asking me or saying it looks like a cockerel? This one’s comb and wattle are so different than the others. I had read that even sexed chicks are only 90% accuracy - since I have 10, thinking maybe I got the 1 in 10 that wasn’t sexed correctly?

Yep, he's your 10 % cockerel - 90% sure of that. I'd have a plan B in mind for him if you can't keep a rooster.
I guess I will have to start thinking about that. I kind of like the idea of having a rooster, although technically they are not allowed where are. We do have 5 acres and all my neighbors are 5-23 acres, many with chickens. I’m not sure if anyone would be bothered.
Is it better to find somewhere for him sooner than waiting and seeing?

He's cute. I love having a rooster. I would try to make nice with the neighbors so you can be sure they won't report you. Offer them some free eggs and make sure they know they can tell you if he's driving them nuts. My neighbor says she loves hearing my rooster crowing, and I'm glad to know that, since we're technically not zoned for more than 6 hens, and I keep about 18. (On 3 acres in the country -- our zoning is stupid).
