Hey everyone!
We recently rehomed a couple of roosters and sent a few others to the butcher. We had a white silkie roo (same age) who had massive comb and wattles and was crowing. Our other silkie (pictured) was much smaller and very timid (bottom of pecking order) so we assumed she was a pullet.
We are now trying to integrate two younger Easter Eggers and this silkie is acting different. I figured at first that she was trying to ensure she rise in the ranks now that we had new birds, but I'm not so sure.
She is approx. 18-19 weeks old.
Thoughts?
Jenn
