Is my Speckled Sussex hen really a rooster?

Hello! These three are five months old. They all get along and are very friendly to humans. One started looking different from the other two about 2 months ago. No eggs and no crowing, yet, but I am thinking Jean may be a rooster. Thoughts?

Yes, he’s a boy. He has the pointed saddle and hackle feathers that only males get.
