Is my Turkey Egg Doomed?

I have 4 turkey eggs in my incubator. I had them shipped. I rested them small end down for at least 12 hours before setting them in my stablizied incubator. Almost two weeks in now, and three of the four are definately developing! One is clear. Anyway, in one of the developing eggs, it appears the air bubble is in the middle of the egg and the embryo is in the fat end of the egg now. Can I fix this somehow, or will it be okay, or is this one doomed?

Also, the seller marked the egss to what they were, this one is marked with the letters "WB". I don't know what kind that is? All I can come up with is Warner Brothers and am wondering if I am going to get a cartoon turkey hatching from the egg.

Broken air cells is the number one reason I don't waste my money on shipped eggs. One hatched poult would cost me 3 to 4 times more than if I just bought the darn poult in the first place. I know you might miss the excitment of watching the eggs hatch. I am past that. If you get one out of 4 eggs you are lucky. Raising a lone baby is alot harder to do.

Someone needs to do a survey on the percentage of shipped eggs that actually hatch. I recently set 10 shipped eggs under a hen and none hatched. I thought four were promising but, what appeared to be an embryo developing turned out to be a dark rotten mass. If the air sack has broke loose, I don't see how it can develop and I don't understand how resting an egg accomplishes anything. I've also read the same thing on this forum. By resting the egg is the membrane supposed to re-attatch itself?
I'm not saying give up though. Stick it out until the end.

I just had 18 shipped one made it to lock down and it didn't hatch.....most of the other eggs had damaged air cells that's what happens when you have to ship eggs...keep trying it will be worth it when you finally get some to hatch. Next year I plan on hatching from my own stock I hope it will go better.

Absolutely no comparison. I get a very high rate of hatch with my own turkeys.​

For some reason the turkey eggs don't seem to take shipping as well as chicken eggs. In the future I will only incubate eggs from my own hens or others purchased locally. Only exception is if the only way to get the genetics I am looking for is from eggs. Also will only sell locally.

Letting shipped eggs sit has nothing to do with the membrane that I know of, I believe that it's to let the insides of the eggs settle and quit moving. Are you sure that it's WB and not WH? If it said WH it could be White Holland... Or see if there might have been a B in front of it, Black Winged Bronze? Hmmm...
