I thought it was a girl but this one's comb had gotten really big in the last two weeks.

How old is the bird? Leghorn pullets can get some pretty impressive combs/wattles earlier than other breeds, which often leads to a minor panic regarding gender. I don't see any blatant male saddle or hackle feathers showing in these pictures, but the pictures aren't that clear in those areas and solid white or black birds can be hard to see them in.

Can you take a nice side profile shot that shows the whole bird in a natural, standing position?

I'm thinking pullet getting ready to lay, but it all depends on the age of the bird.

I'm thinking pullet as well, but I would like to see a good profile picture of your bird showing the hackle and tail feathers to be certain.

At 21 weeks that is a pullet approaching the onset of production.
