Is ornacycline safe for ducks?

My duckies seem to sneeze alot and get 'food boogies' almost daily where they go into sneezing fits. I have been giving them deep cups of water to submerge their head in 2x a day and clear out their sinuses, and that has helped. But I want an antibiotic on hand just in case they start wheezing or it ever turns into something else.
