Red pointy saddles growing out the back. Ignore the round stippled feathers.I honestly cannot see what pointy ones you can see.
Pointy feathers grow out on the shoulders too.I can't see it. And those aren't the areas cockerels have indicative pointy feathers anyway.

I know, why I said some hens have that to. My hens with black tails also have it.All my hens with black colouring have a green sheen.

You're right...he is definitely very slow to mature. Here are a few updated pics of him. First pic is of him and his sister. Both 14 weeks. I'm not sure what has caused him to be so delayed in growth but he struggles with balance and eats laying down. But, he is by far, the sweetest cockerel we havethose rust wingbars don't lie... that's a cockerel. Slow developing, but a cockerel.
