Is Piper STILL a PULLET??? pics

Welsummer, about 6 weeks or so! I already sold her brother...cause he was feathering out as a BOY.....I know she has the girl breast feather color, but she is getting red around her face and waddles, where my others last year, didn't get red this early! WHAT DO YOU THINK!??? :)



 
Well, he/she is starting to get pointy hackles, pullets have rounded hackles, I think it could be a cockerel. (Unless my eyes are failing me now..)
 
It could be the pictures, or she could be a he? LOL! But I was just pulling off a few little baby feathers off the tips....
 
I've had wattles grow at 4 weeks on my pullets. Not Welsummers though, they are next in my flock. I really want one.

I say that is a girl.
