Is Piperazine the same as Piperazine-17??

Is it the same? can i use it on chickens? We bought some a while back & have it on hand. 1 Hen for sure has worms but i haven't seen them with anyone else. I was just going to worm them all. Also, If i can use it, how much is the dosing?

from what I can gather. Piperazine and Wazine are the same thing. Piperazine 17 is simply 17 g per 100 cc of the chemical to water respectively. The dosage is: Chickens Add 1 fluid ounce of Piperazine-17 to 1 gallon of drinking water and treat 100 birds under 6 weeks of age or 50 birds over 6 weeks of age.

If you have a question, look on the bottle for percentages or grams/100cc to see what you have.

I do not believe the chemistry is different, only the concentration.
