100% cockerel, and as my parakeet (kind of) says, Pretty Boy!
They are closer to a year before the spurs get bigger. The biggest clue, after the big red comb and the crowing, is the dark red coloring developing on the wings. That is a male trait.

I would just like to let you all know, I called the county and found out my new HOA is optional. There no ordinances against having a Rooster in Park County, Colorado. Just need 1 acre per 10 chickens! So Princess Diana will stay
