Is Ricki a She or a He?

My beautiful chick is around 8 weeks old, I have no clue what type of chick it is or if its a she or a he. Any ideas?

I believe that 'Ricki' is 'Ricky'. He looks like a cross of some sort.

X 2 Ricky is a boy and a mix. Maybe he is a second or third generation red sex link with his colors.
