We having been holding out hoping our Speckled Sussex, Scarlett was a she. But she’s a he right? No crowing yet, but this is a rooster right?

We can’t have a rooster sadly we are too close to neighbors. We love her/him so. Any ideas on best ways to find a happy farm home for him?
