Is she a bantam?

Of the chicks we are raising, four are golden-laced wyandottes. They are almost 9 weeks old and one of them is about a third the size of the others. She appears very healthy, alert, etc. And her feathers appear somewhat frizzly. Is it safe to assume at this point that she's probably a bantam with possibly a frizzle gene in her?
 
Do her wings extend past the end of her body? I've noticed that's a good way to tell if a bird is bantam or standard. Or....

...You could post a picture with one of the others for comparison.
