Is she a he? Opinions PLEASE!!! (lots of pics)

I bought Muffy as a buff orp pullet on November 9th. She was maybe 3 months old. As she is getting older, she is looking more like a he. No crowing yet, but Muffy mounts several of our girls. One poor girl has a bare back (but she absolutely detests the saddle). Anyway, look at these pics and tell me what you think. If she is a he, he has to go back!

Much smaller vent than our other girls. Gross shot, I know.

Has spur buds

I tried to think of all the angles. Muffy has pointy looking neck feathers with long follicle shafty things. Oh, and to our knowledge, no eggs. Never seen her in the nesting box. Help!

That's what I'm afraid of. I'm hoping that the man we bought her from will trade us for an actual GIRL. We can't keep a big roo. Our neighbors are too close.

Hey everyone! I email the guy I bought Muffy from. He's awesome. He is going to trade him out for my choice of any of the different hens he sells. I think we are going to get a Delaware. We got 2 Delaware pullets at the same time we got Muffy. We adore them. I'm sad though about having to give him up. The other Buff we got with him (named Buffy... creative, I know) died suddenly not to long ago. Maybe it's just not meant for us to have Buff Orps
