Is she a rooster?

Help! I have a Dominique that is 4 months old and I am very confused by the information I am finding as to whether or not she is a he. She is beginning to make noises that sound rooster-esque but I think I maybe in denial because I don't want to have to give her up. I can't have a rooster here though, so if she is truly a rooster she will have to go. any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm sorry, but she does look like a rooster now, I'm super sorry. His legs are big, and if you notice those stubs, those are spurs, and he has a developing comb and wattles. So sorry.
