Is she being picked on?

All of my chickens get along really well and I haven’t seen anyone bother her, but under chin seems to always be wet and she has a spot underneath her mouth. I’m not sure if her mouth is always wet bc it has been so hot that she is drinking a lot more or what? Just wondering if you can tell what might be going on and if there is something I need to treat it with?

Her beak is slightly crossed correct?

Is that dirt on it making it looked cracked?
Or is it cracked?
