Is she broody?

Has she been inside the whole time?
I'd put her some where cooler before adding a bottle of cold water(tho it probably won't hurt)
Yes, she's been inside the entire time she has been caged. It's December so I didn't feel comfortable keeping her in a cag in the cold with no bedding or anything to keep her warm. idk. I could put her in the living as where the room she is in now is always warm and gets hot so the living room is cooler.

If she wasn't a silkie I'd say put her outside......but not sure their feathers keep them warm.

She's not breaking because her body temp isn't dropping enough.

Air needs to get to her belly. Not fluffy towels and puppy pads.
Okay so I should just maybe newspaper and then put her in the living room? That's where theres most airflow. But wont she just lay on the ground then? She did that or was doing that when I woke up to see her.

You need to remove the tray, put down hardware cloth, and set the crate up on blocks somewhere cooler.

Is your coop too small to put the crate in? Is your run uncovered?

Yes the coop is too small for the crate. And yes the run is covered but the cold, and the other hens pick on her so shell be stressed in the cage.

As long as there is no precipitation, I would put her in the run during the day in the crate.

Being broody all in itself is stressful. Being away from her flock is also stressful. Sometimes you have to show tough love. Once she's not broody, the stress will go away.
