It may take waiting until they go to bed to catch her. I'd hate to wait several more hours, but it's harder on her to chase her all over the place, stressing her terribly, than to just wait, IMO.
As for her looking more "normal" now, chickens are really very good at hiding any issues they have. That's from hundreds of thousands of years of development as a prey animal. The weakest ones are always the first targets of predators, so they don't want to look weak, even when they're dying. It makes our jobs as chicken keepers rather difficult.
