Is she frizzled?

I was given some silkie eggs as a refund, because the previous batch only hatched 2 chicks. In with the silkie eggs they threw in 1 random bantam cochin. This little one is around 12 days old. The feathers seem to curve upwards. Is this little chick a frizzle? That would be an interesting this to add to my flock if she'll be a pullet.

I've also heard bantam cochins can be sexed at around 2 weeks by comb, wing and tail growth. If that's the case, should I make a post here when she'll be 2 weeks old? Being able to sex a chick younger than 8 weeks is something I'm not used to, as I've only had silkies for 2 years now.

This little cutie does not appear to be frizzled. Too early for gender ID.😊
 
She looks pretty frizzled to me. Isn't this what frizzles look like?
