Is she/he a light Brahma, or something else?

The guy who sold this one to me today said it's a "big stock" chicken.
He doesn't know what breed it is, and thinks it's mother may have been a "New Hampshire".
I know they had "Silkacaunas", which they said are Silkie X Araucana hybrid I guess..
As well as Silkies, Phoenix and they said they just sold their Araucanas and other "big stock" breeds.

But, when I seen this one, and the feathered legs, I thought of a Light Brahma I have..
Very similar.

Does it look like a Light Brahma, or some other breed?
Male or female?

I asked how old it is, and he said 2-3 months.

A Brahma should have a pea comb. Plus, you shouldn't see any color except the black and white on a light Brahma. Your bird has a single comb and some buff or light brown coming in over the back. I would guess it's a cross. Still going to be a lovely bird though.

we picked up 2 "brahmaramas" (light brahma roo x ee) from a friend several years ago - GORGEOUS but they BOTH turned out to be a roos so we couldn't keep them (they were HUGE!!). Def had more of a pea comb tho. Would love to see how yours evolves

Thank you everyone! Yes, with the golden color on her/his back, I also assume a cross.
I'm also wondering about Brahma X Easter Egger!
Also wondering about the gender after seeing some pics of the mix, and the comb color..
I've been seeing some EE hens with dark combs. *IF* she/he is indeed part EE, anyway! lol

(these are photos i've found on Google images)

This is supposed to be an EE X Brahma hen:

EE pullet:

They all seem to have dark combs for pullets/hens - leading me to believe there is hope that mine *could* be a pullet? lol
Oh well, if not, it's not too big of a deal I guess! lol
