Is she impacted?

No, do not flush the vent. Since the oviduct and large intestine meet in the vent, you could flush fecal bacteria up into the oviduct. There are some old posts recommending that on BYC, and one was mine unfortuantely. Just remove anything with your finger, and wear a disposable glove if you have one.
Well I fed her a good bit of crushed egg and banana. I also checked the vent and it seemed totally normal no swelling or redness I cleaned it off and around it. Immediately after a lot of liquid came out and and she now seems happy and is scratching and eating and drinking. Hoping it’s over with. Thank y’all so much for the advice.

Oh, I am glad that she is feeling better. Eating and drinking is a good sign. I would probably repeat the calcium for a couple more days. Are you feeding layer feed or all flock feed, and do you have crushed oyster shell in a,separate container for them to eat when needed?
