Is she molting or sick?

I have a hen who looks awful and up until now, we’ve had a bad luck streak in my flock. I have a water container full of vitamins due to a vitamin deficiency, Corid in another water container as well and now this girl. Her feathers are all kinds of gross, watery stool that’s on her butt attracting flies, staying distant and moving slow, but still moving, eating and drinking. Is she sick? Molting??

pics attached and were taken yesterday but look worse today. Almost like mange….which SN: we had a fox attack a couple weeks ago and her booty potentially got bit
