21 weeks not laying with good appetite and poops. I named her Oscar because she is the color of bologna.

Maybe she's not ready yet, my Lorps were my last to lay, at about 24-26 weeks.

Some birds are slower to mature than others. 21 weeks is still early for many pullets. When she starts to redden up, you will know she's getting closer to laying.

She's a bit pale right now, but as she matures she will brighten up. As long as she is eating, drinking, passing normal feces she is fine - just slower at maturing.

She is acting normal. I just swear it seems like she was redder before

Ok. I’m a worried momma. At what point should I be concerned about the color?

I would not worry unless she acts sick, lethargic, droppings are abnormal, or she has other symptoms. Comb redness varies with hormones, stress, etc. I realize that a picture is not the same as being there, but in your picture she looks like a normal pullet that isn't quite ready to lay yet.

I think what upsets me most is that the skin around her eyes looks almost grey. Almost all the others are redI hand fed her today and made sure her crop was full at bed time. I brought her to water to drink. I really feel like she doesn’t drink as much as she should.
