Is she worth saving?

That is what I would do. She is in pain. She would continue to be in pain as she heals if you tried to treat her. My chickens don’t go to the vet. Vets are expensive, and I can buy a whole lot more chickens for what a vet would cost to fix one. I used to try to “fix” them, but many times just delayed the inevitable. I decided that I would not do that anymore. I’ll give it a few days with little intervention and if no improvement is shown, I am likely to euthanize.

I don’t take my poultry to the vet either. It’s very expensive. I try to save it myself but if you have the money or really love your birds then you have the choice to take it to the veterinarian

Thank you! That's pretty well my feelings on it too. As much as I hate to put her down, it seems the most logical thing to do.
