Vicki is right, I have seen cats and small dogs as carry on. Not often but it happens, carriers must fit under the seat in front of you to do this it seems.
sigh...people, this is a genuine request & I'm almost taking it personally that it is being taken as a scam. I have been looking for a sizzle & a silkie to take to Israel with me. I was originally going to take eggs but decided that as the requirements are very lenient, I may as well take live birds. Quarantine is not required for birds or dogs to Israel. They just need a certificate of good health. I WILL be flying them hand luggage as this is allowed. This is not any kind of scam & I'm getting more ticked off by the second that people would even think that it is. I can give you the names of some very reputable people that you all know that will verify my claim as they have been assisting me. Now if anyone has sizzles & has decided that I'm not an illegal bird smuggler or terrorist, I'd appreciate it if you contacted me.

Yes, with the new "canine passport" it's easier to fly over there and show now. The strict quarantine laws were because there is no rabies in the UK.
