Is something wrong with my chick's nose?

Is this normal or something wrong with it? I thought another chick pecked her nose, but they seem to be getting along so I'm not sure. Or is bedding irritating her nose?

It could be an injury to her beak from a sharp feeder or wire fencing. It should heal, but I would try to find where she injured it. You could dab on some Betadine, Hibiclens, or triple antibiotic ointment in it.

They've been living in a cardboard boxes and there is nothing sharp in the boxes. Could it be possible it's pecking wound? Up until a few days ago one of them was pecking really hard at two other chicks. I finally managed to get her to stop. The wound looks like scabbing. Can I use Neosporin ointment?

Yes it could be from a peck wound. Yes, Neosporin is fine to use, just a small dab.
