Is something wrong with this chick?

The head and neck are larger than the others and there are odd little puffs of fluff on her face. Hard to get a good picture.

Hello @Ann in Wyoming, I am also a Wyomingite!

How is she acting? Any signs of lethargy or drainage/bubbles from eyes, ears, nostrils or mouth? Does she move her head around okay?

What is this chick’s breed and where did you get her? I ask bc it’s possible she is perfectly fine just mixed with some breed that has fluffy cheeks and more fluff overall around the head/neck.
