Is something wrong?

I hatched a baby chick and when I look in the brooder I see the little baby on its back. When I move it over to make it more comfortable, it will stay like that for a minute then go on its back again. Does it just like that position or is it something I should be concerned of? Any advice?

The other babies are moving around but he just lays there

I seen on here someone put the chick in a cardboard box to prop him up. If I do that, would the other babies peck at him? Because I can see my two babies pecking at him
