Is sour crop always fungal? Can it be bacterial? How much Nystatin is safe to give a bantam?

Bantam hen has sour crop. Have been giving her a little scrambled egg with probiotics and water with acv for 2 days.
Only seems slightly better. I think I can get hold of some Nystatin...should I give her that? She is more stressed being isolated from the flock, but I don't want to let her eat regular food too soon. I don't think she has an impaction. Her crop is just very soft and mushy. Any advice appreciated!!!

Nystatin is a pretty safe drug. Usually you give adult humans 15 drops at a time.
