Is the brooder to Big ?

Is this to big for my babies? This is the fist ever chicks for me.

Short answer. No.

No such thing as too big! However in a few days those chicks will be able to fly right over the side of the wall. Do you have a way to cover it with screen or netting? Also worried about them jumping into the buckets, you might want to put covers on them or turn them upside down.

Yes we have netting to go over top when they get a little bigger

Good. Make sure you cover those buckets too, so they don’t jump in & get stuck! (Especially if there’s water in any, they would drown)

Hubby's brining lids home from work yes I should have mentioned that.

Not "too" big per se but for the first few days I'd consider taking maybe the walls of a large cardboard box or two and walling off a smaller area, just to ensure the chicks don't wander too far from their heat source and get lost. After that they should be able to handle the whole area without issue.
