Okay, I have a flock of 5 hens and previously 1 rooster (before we gave him away) and they are around 7 months old! They layed two eggs (19 days ago) and haven’t layed since. We changed them to layer feed as well so we don’t know why they aren’t laying? Also, one of the eggs kind of looks fertilized so we put it under a broody hen. We don’t have much experience with this so we don’t know anything. Here are some pictures so please tell me what you think. It is day 19 now.

First off, Welcome!
Now to the question, it doesn't look like it was fertile. How long ago was your hens with the rooster? The hens can store sperm up to four weeks, but the age and health of of the rooster can effect the fertility of the eggs. Too old, too young and being unhealthy are the usual answer, but some roos are just infertile.

If you need any guidance later on in the progression of developing eggs you can go to the links below. The links are also very cool to look at! Seeing something go from something you eat to a whole chicken is awesome!
Good luck on your chicken adventure!
