The roo 23 weeks keeps picking on her is she a roo in disguise?

I think it is, he is doing it to most of the girls in the flock especially my sussex.
He has even done his little dance to me!

I'm unsure if I should keep him as he is terrorising the girls.
so, is there any way I can stop him? or will this occur until he gets to old to care (like my husband!
